Sales and Payment

The prices shown on the website are all cash prices. Visa, Master Card, American Express, UnionPay, and WeChat payment required additional quotation. (Only cash, EPS, FPS, or Alipay are cash prices). We can also accept bank wire transfers to our company (Hong Kong local bank account).
Reserve/Pre-order goods: After receiving your deposit, we cannot accept any refunds or exchanges. Please confirm the size and colour of the product that you wish to purchase before placing the order.
The transaction needs to be completed within 7 days for the in-stock/ reserved or pre-order goods once it arrives in Hong Kong.
If the pre-order goods are out of stock, we’ll give you a full deposit refund and the process will take around 2-3 working days.
If you fail to pay the remaining balance within the agreed timeframe of 7 days for the reserved or pre-order goods, your order will be cancelled immediately, and the deposit is non-refundable under this circumstance.
